**Appointment Deposit and Service are non-refundable. Appointment reschedules must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment.**
***Machines purchased from KTouch PMU are non-refundable. At this time I am unable to provide refunds for these products.
***All other items are able to be returned if products are NEW and UNOPENED. Must be returned within 14 days.
